Spud AF
Spud AF lets you relive those fun-filled childhood days of potato printing but without the mess!
It was important to me that the font was as authentic as it could be so I spent several days cutting each letter, number and punctuation mark from real potatoes. Once cut, the potatoes were covered in block printing ink and pressed onto scrap paper. This process gave the font the flaws and imperfections which makes this style of printing so charming. The results were scanned and developed into the Spud AF font. |
In keeping with the potato theme, Spud AF comes in two styles - the rough and textured Tatty and the slighter cleaner Crisp.
